1. Orders and Preparation

All food orders are prepared by partner restaurants upon confirmation. Once an order is accepted and preparation has started, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund except as stated below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:

The order was not delivered

Incorrect items were delivered

Items were missing from the order

Food was spoiled, unsafe, or not suitable for consumption

Significant delay that affects food quality

Requests must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order is confirmed

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Delay or failure caused by the customer’s unavailability

Minor differences in taste, portion size, or presentation

Orders marked as completed or consumed

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds may be processed as:

Original payment method

Wallet credit (if applicable)

Replacement order or partial refund

Refund method is determined by instaHum based on the situation.

5. Restaurant Responsibility

Partner restaurants are responsible for food quality and preparation.

instaHum acts as a platform connecting customers with restaurants and is not responsible for individual restaurant practices beyond order coordination.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before restaurant acceptance.

Once the restaurant starts preparing the order, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Investigation and Verification

All refund requests are subject to review and verification.

We reserve the right to request supporting evidence such as photos or order details.

8. Policy Changes

instaHum reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
